Supported by the Packard Foundation, this organizational strengthening workshop is a collaborative initiative led by LPPSP (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengembangan Sosial dan Politik) alongside partners in Palu and Pontianak. The project aims to bolster the capacity, institutional reflection, and long-term sustainability of local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The program engages leaders across all levels to foster intergenerational dialogue within each institution. Through structured workshops, participatory facilitation, and the “Cermin Lembaga” organizational reflection tool, the project encourages CSOs to evaluate their management practices, address knowledge gaps, and tackle issues of gender equality and dynamics within activism. By providing a safe space for reflection and collaboration, this initiative not only strengthens inter-organizational networks but also underscores the necessity of inclusive and sustainable approaches in building Indonesia’s civil society movement.
