The Business Development Bureau plays a key role in ensuring the financial stability of H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025. This bureau aims to provide the necessary funds to support the smooth execution of every work program financially and focuses on generating profit to maintain the financial stability of H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025. <\/p>\n

  • Anthropology Merch:<\/strong> Selling merchandise for UI Anthropology students, FISIP UI students, and other affiliates to represent the identity of UI Anthropology 2025.<\/li>\n

    • H\u00e9-MAn Fun Activities (KESURUPAN):<\/strong> A space for H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 functionaries to engage in team-building activities without other objectives, fulfilling one of the H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 HRD Bureau’s missions: maintaining a healthy internal climate for H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025.<\/li>\n
    • H\u00e9-MAn Skill-Up (SILUMAN):<\/strong> H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 functionaries will attend skill-upgrading classes focusing on hard skills needed for organizational life in the first term and soft skills expected to assist them in life after the H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 board period in the second term.<\/li>\n
    • H\u00e9-MAn General Meeting (PASARAN):<\/strong> All functionaries gather to foster better coordination regarding the 3Ps (plan, progress, problem) of their past and upcoming work programs.<\/li>\n
    • H\u00e9-MAn in Records (MANTAN):<\/strong> An anonymous evaluation and appreciation platform through e-books from the bureau and related bureaus\/divisions.<\/li>\n
    • H\u00e9-MAn Holiday (HALU):<\/strong> A work program that concludes the H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 board’s term with a recreational trip as a final form of entertainment.<\/li>\n
    • #BestieH\u00e9-MAn (BESAN):<\/strong> A supporting system implemented through birthday cards and appreciation cards for mid-term and final exams in the form of e-cards for H\u00e9-MAn UI 2025 board members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Student Welfare Advocacy Division<\/h2>\n

      The Student Welfare Advocacy (Adkesma) Division is H\u00e9-MAn UI’s frontline in ensuring that every Anthropology student experiences their studies in a safe, supportive, and violence-free environment. We focus not only on bureaucracy but also on mental health and serious protection against sexual violence. <\/p>\n

Through this experience, students can see the real world firsthand, understand human culture and behavior directly, and develop solutions relevant to community conditions.
