Rivaldo Herman is an anthropologist and ethnographer whose research focuses on climate change, livelihoods, empowerment, human-forest relations, and biodiversity governance in Indonesia. His current research interests center on human-environment relations, landscapes, and biodiversity care practices based on cosmology and the lived experiences of indigenous communities. In addition to being a researcher, he actively advocates for his research findings through exhibitions and audio-visual works (Illustrations). One such example is the exhibition ‘We Are Punan,’ a collaboration with Rhino Ariefiansyah, S.Sos., MEAP, and Serambi Pirous.
