Profile and Research Interests

Maria Rosari Amadea is the Internationalization Manager at the Department of Anthropology, FISIP Universitas Indonesia. Her research interests focus on the dynamics of educational institutions, power relations in academic governance, and how knowledge is produced, negotiated, and practiced within the contexts of policy and social change. She is interested in examining education as a social space that shapes subjectivity, values, and professional practices, including its relationship with the neoliberalization of academic institutions. Her field research experience and involvement in developing international academic programs strengthen her interest in education as an arena for social transformation and cross-contextual collaboration.
