Sundjaya, M.Si. is an adjunct staff member in the Undergraduate Program of the Department of Anthropology. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the UI Department of Anthropology. Sundjaya was a recipient of the Australian Leadership Award Fellowship (ALAF) at Monash University, Australia, in 2012. He is an active researcher and a member of several forums, such as the Community Forestry Communication Forum (FKKM), and has served as a member of the Multi-stakeholder Task Force for Forest Encroachment Management and Customary Forest Proposals under the Directorate General of Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems, Ministry of Environment and Forestry. In addition to his research and teaching activities, he has worked as a consultant for several institutions, including Conservation International Indonesia, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, AMAN, and various other non-governmental organizations. His areas of expertise and research interests include Indigenous Communities, Rural Development, and Natural Resource Management.
